MMAXX are an experienced Underfloor heating company who specialise in the design and installation of both domestic and commercial underfloor heating systems.

Based in Cumbernauld, in the heart of Scotland’s central belt we are ideally situated to serve the Scottish commercial marketplace as well as the north of England.

Our employees have nearly 40 years of Mechanical and Electrical building services experience, enabling us to bring “big job” experience to domestic UFH systems.

Equipped with this unique experience, MMAXX believe that they can offer the Scottish marketplace a value engineered, customer specific design and install package at a competitive price in today's market.

We regularly work with Self Builders to develop a bespoke UFH system for their house.
