Every MMAXX Underfloor heating system is individually and specifically designed to suit the customer’s requirements. MMAXX are available to during your self build programme, advise and assist about the critical decision in the key stages listed below:

System Design
Using the latest design packages, MMAXX design each system to their customer’s unique requirements. This allows the accurate design of the Underfloor heating system, taking into account the general usage of the house and the heating requirements. A list of components is then generated along with installation details, CAD layouts and system specifications. Fully compliant with International Standards, available information includes flow/return temperatures, circuit lengths, final floor temperatures and total heat output.

Floor Construction
There are several floor constructions which are compatible with MMAXX underfloor heating systems. We will, if required, advise customers in selecting the floor construction best suited to their project and their budget.

Our flexibility and experience allows us to offer unbiased advice as we are in contact with a number of underfloor heating manufacturers.

Most floor coverings are compatible with Underfloor heating, although a firm decision on all floor coverings should be made as early as possible in the project. For more information on popular floor details feel free to contact us.

Installation
MMAXX are among a small number of Scottish Underfloor heating companies to both design AND install Underfloor heating. We offer the complete package for one price. Our experienced team of installers can complete the entire job, fitting the floor insulation, laying the PEX pipe, connecting the system and testing. We also supply any control systems required and liase with the installer about out system and how it works.

If required we will also provide 'sketch and ship' underfloor heating pack to the DIY installer. Send us your drawings with your enquiry and we will provide a quotation.
